Definition of "commercial" portioning and corresponding accuracy
- Company operations provide clients a service of portioning of purchase commercial commodity on the basis of an agreement concluded at purchase contract execution. This type of portioning is called with regard to accuracy a “commercial” portioning..
- The accuracy depends on type of portioning as follows:
- portioning by cutting and shearing, accuracy tolerance: 0 + 50 mm
- portioning by flame cutting, accuracy tolerance: 0 + 100 mm
Definition of procedure for portioning ordering, dealing with a business case
- The first stage of concluding a business case consists of conclusion of a purchase contract for the respective commodity in wholesale supplied dimensions and tolerances.
- The second stage includes an agreement on portioning of purchased commercial commodity with determination of portioning type, date of service execution and preliminary price for the ordered service.
- A warehouseman executes the portioning according to the concluded agreement on purchase contract and records the real scope of provided service and real amount of commodity in relevant measure units.
- An accountant issues a tax document for really supplied commodity and services related to the supplied commercial commodity.
Definition of residuum after portioning of commercial commodity
- The portioning residuum from portioning of commercial commodity means the residuum of a material, which has dimensions smaller than required unit, which is created by ordered portioning and is smaller than the smallest dimension supplied by the manufacturer. Residuum after round steel portioning – see the table. The portioning residuum is part of the supply to the client.

Definition of not performed portioning of commercial commodities
- Following services of commercial commodity portioning are not provided for clients in company operations:
- unpacking of packed jointing material
- stainless steel sheets
- netting in bundles
- drawn steel
- commodity supplied by manufacturer in final surface treatment with coating or film (not metal plated) and final shape (formers, tiles, nets, etc.)
