Act on the personal data protection

FERONA Slovakia, a.s. hereby declares that pursuant to the act on the personal data protection No. 428/2002 Coll. as amended by later regulations, it protects personal data within its information systems against their abuse and unauthorized usage. FERONA Slovakia, a.s. has at the same time taken legally required measures pursuant to the § 15 of the aforementioned act in a form of elaboration of safety projects and directives for concerned information systems.
